Avec son large assortiment de produits et son environnement convivial, elle offre à ses clients une expérience d'achat agréable, riche en découvertes et en inspirations.En tant que Chef de rayon Déco ou Green (plantes intérieures et extérieures), vous assurez la gestion quotidienne de votre département. Vous veillez à la présentation des produits, à la bonne gestion des stocks et à la satisfaction des clients, tout en accompagnant votre équipe vers la réussite.Concrètement, vos missions seront les suivantes :• Vous assurez une présentation attractive des produits et veillez au respect du facing.• Vous organisez le réapprovisionnement des rayons et la mise en place des nouveautés.• Vous garantissez la propreté, l'ordre et la bonne organisation de votre rayon et des espaces de stockage.• Vous mettez en place les promotions en collaboration avec le Teamcoach et le service Achats.• Vous conseillez les clients avec enthousiasme et les accompagnez dans leurs achats.• Vous gérez les éventuelles réclamations avec professionnalisme et trouvez des solutions adaptées.• Vous prêtez main-forte à vos collègues en caisse lorsque cela est nécessaire.• Vous surveillez les stocks, anticipez les ruptures et veillez à une rotation optimale des produits.• Vous proposez des suggestions de commandes via le système informatique interne.• Vous organisez les briefings hebdomadaires afin de communiquer les objectifs et les priorités.• Vous répartissez efficacement les tâches et coordonnez le travail de votre équipe.• Vous accueillez, formez et accompagnez les nouveaux collaborateurs et les étudiants.• Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le Teamcoach pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de votre département.Vous aimez prendre des initiatives et voir le résultat concret de votre travail ?
