Ben jij sterk met cijfers, werk je graag met Power BI en haal je voldoening uit het omzetten van data naar duidelijke inzichten? Voor een gevestigde speler in de logistieke sector zoeken we een Data Analist met minstens 2 jaar ervaring.Je krijgt de kans om dashboards en rapporteringen verder te ontwikkelen, maar ook om collega's te ondersteunen bij het begrijpen en gebruiken van data. Een ideale functie voor een junior tot medior Data Analist die technisch sterk is én graag communiceert met verschillende afdelingen.Als Data Analist Business Intelligence ben je het aanspreekpunt voor rapporteringen en data-analyse binnen de organisatie. Je vormt de schakel tussen de verschillende afdelingen, IT en het internationale BI-team.- Je ontwikkelt, beheert en optimaliseert Power BI-dashboards en rapporteringen om belangrijke KPI's op te volgen.- Je analyseert bedrijfsgegevens en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke, bruikbare inzichten.- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's die vragen hebben over rapporten, cijfers en dashboards.- Je geeft uitleg over rapporteringen en helpt medewerkers om resultaten correct te interpreteren.- Je merkt afwijkingen, opvallende trends en mogelijke problemen in de cijfers op en stelt verbeteracties voor.- Je verzamelt vragen en behoeften vanuit verschillende afdelingen en vertaalt deze naar nieuwe rapporteringen.- Je ontwikkelt, test en implementeert dashboards en presenteert de resultaten aan interne stakeholders.- Je werkt samen met het BI-team in Nederland en de IT-afdeling om datamodellen en rapporteringsprocessen te verbeteren.- Je helpt bij het opbouwen en onderhouden van datamodellen en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van gegevens uit verschillende systemen.- Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van data en houdt technische documentatie up-to-date.- Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in bedrijfsprocessen en het gebruik van Business Intelligence. - Vaardigheden:Je hebt een goede praktische kennis van Power BI, SQL en DAX.Je hebt inzicht in datamodellering en datawarehousing.Je bent analytisch sterk en merkt snel afwijkingen of verbeterpunten op in cijfers.Je kan complexe gegevens op een duidelijke en begrijpelijke manier uitleggen aan collega's zonder technische achtergrond.Je bent communicatief en vindt het fijn om vragen te beantwoorden en verschillende afdelingen te ondersteunen.Je denkt proactief mee en wacht niet af om problemen of opportuniteiten aan te kaarten.Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig.- Attesten:Er zijn geen attesten vereist.- Opleidingsvereisten:Bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in IT, informatica, data-analyse, bedrijfskunde of een economische richting, of gelijkwaardig door minstens 2 jaar relevante werkervaring.- Vakkennis:Je hebt minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring als Data Analist, BI Analist of in een vergelijkbare functie.- Talenkennis:Je hebt een professionele kennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
