Assurez la gestion précise des paiements et des dossiers administratifs dans un environnement organisé et collaboratif.Vous serez chargé de suivre les paiements, gérer les dossiers de recouvrement et les plans de paiement, tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec votre équipe pour garantir la qualité et la fluidité des processus.- Traiter les tâches selon des procédures définies en collaboration avec l’équipe - Répondre aux demandes internes et externes en communiquant clairement les résultats - Créer et suivre les tickets via des outils tels que Jira ou ServiceNow - Identifier et signaler les anomalies ou incidents au responsable d’équipe ou au gestionnaire de processus - Produire et vérifier les statistiques opérationnelles Vous intégrerez une équipe administrative axée sur les processus, où le respect des consignes et la rigueur sont essentiels. Vous utiliserez des outils informatiques standards et apprendrez rapidement de nouveaux logiciels. Une bonne communication et un esprit d’équipe faciliteront votre contribution au suivi des dossiers. La maîtrise de la deuxième langue nationale et un diplôme de l’enseignement secondaire supérieur sont requis. La connaissance de la sécurité sociale est un atout.
