Combineer drukvoorbereiding met klantencontact in een veelzijdige functie binnen een internationale omgeving.Je komt terecht bij een internationale producent van kunststofverpakkingen voor groenten en fruit in Heusden-Zolder. Het bedrijf is al meer dan 30 jaar actief op de Europese markt en maakt deel uit van een sterke Duitse groep. Een familiale sfeer en teamwork staan centraal.In deze afwisselende functie combineer je technische drukvoorbereiding met commerciële klantenservice. Je volgt orders op, controleert drukbestanden en ondersteunt klanten bij hun vragen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en organisatietalent verloopt het volledige proces vlot, van bestelling tot productie.Wat behoort tot jouw takenpakket?- Je verzorgt de drukvoorbereiding en volgt orders op doorheen het volledige productieproces.- Je beheert digitale drukbestanden en drukclichés en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking.- Je controleert aangeleverde bestanden en voert kleine grafische aanpassingen uit waar nodig.- Je past jouw kennis van kleuropbouw en druktechnieken toe om een kwalitatief eindresultaat te garanderen.- Je voert regelmatig drukproeven uit en bewaakt de kwaliteit van het drukwerk.- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor druktechnische vragen van klanten en collega's.- Je houdt het archief van drukbestanden en clichés overzichtelijk en netjes.- Je onderhoudt contacten met nationale en internationale klanten en collega's.- Je maakt calculaties op en volgt het volledige orderbeheer nauwgezet op.- Je denkt proactief mee over oplossingen die zowel voor de klant als het bedrijf interessant zijn. - Vaardigheden:Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken gaat je vanzelf af. Details ontsnappen niet aan jouw aandacht.Dankzij jouw organisatorische vaardigheden behoud je het overzicht over verschillende orders en deadlines.Ook tijdens drukke momenten blijf je rustig, stel je prioriteiten en werk je doelgericht verder.Zelfstandig werken vormt geen probleem, maar je haalt ook energie uit een goede samenwerking met collega's.Met een klantgerichte en proactieve houding zoek je steeds naar haalbare oplossingen.Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en kwaliteit bewaken zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.- Attesten:Voor deze job als drukvoorbereider zijn geen attesten vereist.- Opleidingsvereisten:Bij voorkeur beschik je over een bachelordiploma, idealiter binnen een grafische richting.- Vakkennis:Ervaring met Adobe Acrobat Pro, Illustrator en Photoshop is belangrijk om drukbestanden correct te verwerken.Grafische kennis en inzicht in druktechnieken, kleuropbouw en drukvoorbereiding helpen je om kwalitatief werk af te leveren.- Talenkennis:Een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels is noodzakelijk. Kennis van het Duits vormt een extra troef.
