Voor een gevestigde speler in de logistieke sector zoeken we een Finance Manager die niet alleen cijfers begrijpt, maar vooral mensen weet te motiveren, te begeleiden en mee te nemen in verandering.Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over een team van 6 à 7 medewerkers en speelt een belangrijke rol in de verdere modernisering van de financiële afdeling. Je combineert een coachende leiderschapsstijl met daadkracht, een duidelijke visie en een sterke analytische blik.Als Finance Manager – Business Controlling ligt jouw focus op het aansturen en ontwikkelen van je team, het optimaliseren van financiële processen en het verder uitbouwen van data-gedreven rapportering.- Je stuurt een team van 6 à 7 medewerkers aan, coacht hen en stimuleert hun ontwikkeling.- Je begeleidt je team bij veranderingen en nieuwe digitale werkwijzen.
