Voor een gevestigde speler in de logistieke sector zoeken we een IT Support Medewerker die ervoor zorgt dat alle IT-systemen en toestellen optimaal blijven functioneren.Je komt terecht in een afwisselende functie waarin je technische ondersteuning combineert met praktische IT-taken en dagelijks contact met collega's.Als IT Support Medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt bij technische vragen en IT-problemen. Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers vlot kunnen blijven werken en dat de IT-infrastructuur goed functioneert.- Je biedt technische ondersteuning bij problemen met computers, software, ERP-systemen, orderpickingsystemen en mobiele toestellen.- Je helpt interne en externe gebruikers telefonisch en zorgt voor een snelle, klantvriendelijke oplossing.- Je installeert, controleert en onderhoudt computers en andere IT-apparatuur.- Je zorgt ervoor dat software en systemen up-to-date blijven.- Je ondersteunt bij de uitbreiding en verbetering van de IT-infrastructuur.- Je schakelt IT-collega's in Nederland of Duitsland in bij complexere technische problemen en volgt deze verder op.- Je voert administratieve taken uit en registreert IT-gerelateerde informatie.- Je verplaatst je indien nodig naar andere vestigingen om collega's ter plaatse te ondersteunen. - Vaardigheden:Je hebt ervaring met Microsoft Office 365 en Windows 10.Je bent technisch aangelegd en zoekt graag naar oplossingen.Je bent communicatief sterk, geduldig en klantgericht.Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.Je bent flexibel en bereid om indien nodig wat langer te werken.Je bent leergierig en blijft graag op de hoogte van nieuwe IT-ontwikkelingen.- Attesten:Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B om je te kunnen verplaatsen naar andere vestigingen.- Opleidingsvereisten:Bij voorkeur een opleiding in IT, informatica of systeem- en netwerkbeheer. Gelijkwaardige IT-kennis opgebouwd door relevante werkervaring komt eveneens in aanmerking.- Vakkennis:VakkennisGoede kennis van IT-support, Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365 en courante softwaretoepassingen. Affiniteit met hardware, ERP-systemen, mobiele toestellen en IT-infrastructuur.- Talenkennis:Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels en je hebt een goede kennis van Frans.
