Bouw mee aan uitdagende projecten in platte daken en ontwikkel jezelf tot een ervaren projectleider binnen een stabiel familiebedrijf.Als junior projectleider ben je betrokken bij het volledige traject van diverse dakprojecten, van de eerste opstart tot de oplevering. Je werkt in een bedrijf met meer dan 40 jaar ervaring, waar vakmanschap, samenwerking en een persoonlijke aanpak centraal staan. Je krijgt de kans om het vak te leren en stap voor stap door te groeien dankzij begeleiding en interne opleidingen.- Offertes opstellen en toelichten aan klanten - Projectdossiers opvolgen en zorgen voor een vlotte opstart - Materialen bestellen en leveringen plannen - Contact onderhouden met klanten, architecten en aannemers - Werven bezoeken en de voortgang nauwgezet opvolgen - Werkvoorbereiding verzorgen en duidelijke afspraken maken - Medewerkers op de werf begeleiden en ondersteunen - Kwaliteit, planning en budget van projecten bewaken - Facturatie verzorgen en nacalculaties maken na oplevering Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar je de ruimte krijgt om te leren en te groeien. Het team werkt gestructureerd en met oog voor detail aan kwalitatieve dakoplossingen voor woningen en bedrijfsgebouwen. We leren je graag kennen! - Vaardigheden:Je hebt interesse in de bouwsector en wil je verdiepen in platte daken.Je hebt een rijbewijs B.Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands.Je bent leergierig en staat open om nieuwe technische kennis op te doen.Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.Je communiceert vlot met klanten, collega's en externe partners.Je bent organisatorisch sterk en bewaart het overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere projecten tegelijk lopen.Je denkt oplossingsgericht en wil jezelf voortdurend verder ontwikkelen.- Attesten:Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.Een VCA attest is een pluspunt.- Opleidingsvereisten:Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor of Master diploma.- Vakkennis:Interesse in bouwprojecten en de motivatie om technische kennis over platte daken aan te leren.- Talenkennis:Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
