Als Samensteller / Lasser ben jij de vakman of vakvrouw die technische plannen tot leven brengt!Je staat in voor het samenstellen en lassen van diverse metaalconstructies in staal, inox en aluminium. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten waarbij precisie, kwaliteit en vakmanschap centraal staan.Wat ga je doen?- Technische plannen lezen en omzetten naar afgewerkte constructies.- Zelfstandig metalen onderdelen samenstellen en lassen.- Verschillende lastechnieken toepassen, waaronder TIG en halfautomaat lassen.- Je eigen werk controleren en zorgen voor een kwalitatieve afwerking.- Samenwerken met collega's om projecten tot een goed einde te brengen.Geen eentonig bandwerk, maar afwisselende projecten waar je met trots op kan terugkijken!Je komt te werken bij een organisatie die tijdelijke uitbreiding zoekt met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling na de interimperiode. Zo krijg je de kans om je vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen en deel uit te maken van een stabiele werkomgeving.Kan je niet wachten om aan de slag te gaan? Solliciteer vandaag nog – we kijken ernaar uit je te ontmoeten! - Vaardigheden:Jij bent iemand die:Ervaring heeft met TIG en/of halfautomaat lassen.Vlot technische tekeningen en lasplannen kan lezen.Metaalconstructies nauwkeurig kan samenstellen.Kennis heeft van staal, inox en bij voorkeur aluminium.Zelfstandig en nauwkeurig kan werken.Oog heeft voor detail, veiligheid en kwaliteit.Zowel zelfstandig als in team goed functioneert.Praktisch ingesteld is en graag oplossingen zoekt.Ervaring met aluminium lassen? Dat is zeker een extra troef!- Attesten:Een geldig lascertificaat is een pluspunt.Een VCA-attest is mooi meegenomen.Relevante lascertificaten, bijvoorbeeld voor TIG of halfautomaat lassen, vormen een extra troef.- Opleidingsvereisten:Je hebt bij voorkeur een technische opleiding gevolgd in:Lassen-constructie.Metaalbewerking.Mechanische vormgevingstechnieken.Of een gelijkwaardige technische richting.- Vakkennis:Lastechnieken: Kennis van halfautomaat lassen (MIG/MAG) en TIG-lassen.Planlezen: Technische tekeningen en constructieplannen correct kunnen interpreterenMetaalkennis: Vertrouwd zijn met de eigenschappen en bewerking van staal, inox en bij voorkeur aluminium.Samenstellen: Metalen onderdelen correct positioneren, uitlijnen en samenstellen volgens plan.Meetgereedschap: Vlot werken met meetinstrumenten zoals een schuifmaat, rolmeter en winkelhaak.Metaalbewerking: Kennis van slijpen, boren, zagen en het voorbereiden van lasverbindingen.Kwaliteitscontrole: Lasnaden en afgewerkte constructies controleren op maatvoering, stevigheid en afwerking.Veiligheid: Veilig en correct omgaan met lasapparatuur, gereedschappen en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen.- Talenkennis:Nederlands: Je kan je vlot uitdrukken en begrijpt technische instructies en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
