Technisch en administratief werk afwisselen? Verwerk en volg retourgoederen nauwkeurig op in een hands-on werkomgeving.Als logistiek medewerker retouren ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontvangen, controleren en administratief verwerken van retourgoederen. Je inspecteert en test diverse apparaten, voert kleine technische herstellingen uit en zorgt voor een correcte registratie in digitale systemen. Daarnaast verplaats je goederen met een transpallet en ondersteun je bij telefonische vragen. Je werkt in een team waar respect en verantwoordelijkheid belangrijk zijn en waar geen dag hetzelfde is door de variatie aan producten en taken.- Ontvangen en controleren van retourgoederen op schade en volledigheid - Administratief verwerken en opvolgen van retourzendingen en RMA-dossiers - Inspecteren en testen van laptops, printers, koffiemachines en andere toestellen - Uitvoeren van kleine technische herstellingen - Aanvragen en opvolgen van herstellingen bij fabrikanten - Nauwkeurig registreren van gegevens in digitale systemen - Verplaatsen van palletten met een transpallet en tillen van goederen tot 25 kg - Af en toe telefonisch vragen beantwoorden Je combineert technische en administratieve taken in een praktische werkomgeving met veel afwisseling. Een elektrische step kan makkelijk 25kg wegen.Je werkt vlot met een computer en basisprogramma’s zoals Windows, Word, Excel en internetJe werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detailJe bent punctueel, betrouwbaar en houdt van orde en structuurJe ziet werk, trekt je plan en neemt initiatiefJe denkt oplossingsgericht en blijft rustig bij afwisseling- Attesten:Geen specifieke attesten vereist.- Opleidingsvereisten:Geen specifiek diploma vereist, technische affiniteit is belangrijk.- Vakkennis:Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met het herstellen van kleine elektrische apparaten of een basis in elektriciteit/elektronicaInteresse in techniek of ervaring met herstellingen is een plus (ook als hobby)- Talenkennis:Nederlands met een goede kennis Frans. Het is nodig om meldingen te begrijpen op de reparatie -en retourformulieren.
