Ben jij een magazijnier met technisch inzicht die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt? Werk je nauwkeurig en ben je sterk in organisatie en stockbeheer? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor jou in Gent!Voor een productiebedrijf in Gent zoeken we een technisch magazijnier die het magazijnbeheer en de logistieke werking verder helpt uitbouwen. Het gaat om een nieuwe functie waarin je veel zelfstandigheid krijgt en op termijn kan doorgroeien naar productieassistent.- Je organiseert en beheert de logistieke werking aan de hand van een bestaande Excel-template.- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de verschillende productieafdelingen bij vragen over materialen en bestellingen.- Je bestelt en volgt materialen op, zoals werkkledij, gereedschap en technische onderdelen (pompen, cilinders, mallen …).- Je beheert de voorraad in het magazijn en op het bedrijfsterrein.- Je registreert alle voorraadbewegingen nauwkeurig in het ERP-systeem Business Central.- Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn voor de productie.- Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in het magazijn en de logistieke werking.Werkuren: maandag tot vrijdag van 07.00 tot 15.30 uur. - Vaardigheden:Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en kan verschillende technische onderdelen herkennen.Je werkt vlot met de computer en hebt een goede kennis van Excel. Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een pluspunt.Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en georganiseerd.Je neemt graag initiatief en durft verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.Je bent communicatief en werkt vlot samen met verschillende afdelingen.- Attesten:Een geldig heftruckattest is een pluspunt.- Opleidingsvereisten:Bij voorkeur een diploma secundair onderwijs in een technische of logistieke richting.Gelijkwaardige ervaring in een technische magazijnomgeving komt eveneens in aanmerking.- Vakkennis:Ervaring met magazijnbeheer, voorraadcontrole en bestellingen.- Talenkennis:Een heel goede kennis van het Nederlands is vereist.
