Je werkt met moderne spuitcabines en hoogwaardige coatings, altijd onder begeleiding van ervaren vakspecialisten. Zo leer je stap voor stap alle fijne kneepjes van het vak kennen en draag je bij aan de kwaliteit van onze klant.Je taken bestaan uit: - Voorbereiden en ontvetten van metalen producten - Schuren en plamuren van onderdelen om ze klaar te maken voor het lakken - Correct afplakken van onderdelen - Aanbrengen van primers en natlakken - Instellen en bedienen van spuitapparatuur - Controleren van laagdikte, kleur en afwerking - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles volgens productnormen - Meedenken over procesverbeteringen en efficiëntie Eerst start je als prepper, zodat je de onderdelen en aandachtspunten goed leert kennen.
