Voor onze klant in Bilzen, producent van hoofdzakelijk drankenkratten, zijn wij op zoek naar een onderhoudstechnieker om hun team te versterken. In deze rol maak je deel uit van het onderhoudsteam dat ervoor zorgt dat onze spuitgietmachines met geïntegreerde robotten, druklijnen enalle aanverwante machines degelijk onderhouden worden en optimaal functioneren.Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:- Uitvoeren van zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud.- Werken in een dagregime tijdens de week, maar ondersteuning bieden aan een productie met een volcontinu regime.- Aanpakken van problemen, je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit: je blijft niet bij de pakken zitten en je bent niet bang om daarbij je handen vuil te maken - Oplossen van zowel elektrische als mechanische problemen: dit kan gaan van het vervangen van motoren, hydraulische slangen,... tot het afstellen van robotten of automatische stapelmachine.- Meedenken over verbeteringen en optimalisatie van werkprocedures. - Vaardigheden:Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en hebt een echte hands on mentaliteitJe werkt nauwkeurig, bent positief ingesteld en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.Je bent assertief en staat stevig in je schoenen.- Attesten:Geen specifieke attesten vereist.- Opleidingsvereisten:Professionele bachelor in een technische richting (bij voorkeur elektromechanica) of gelijkgesteld door ervaring.- Vakkennis:Algemene kennis van hydraulica, pneumatica en elektriciteit.Ervaring met spuitgietmachines, robotica en/of PLC is een pluspunt.Kennis van Lean-methodieken zoals 5S en Kaizen is een pluspunt.Ervaring met SAP of IFS in een pluspunt.Idealiter heb je al een voorgaande ervaring in een onderhoudsafdeling.- Talenkennis:Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands (spreken, lezen en schrijven)
