Onze klant is op zoek naar een Preventieadviseur Niveau I voor de vestiging in Waregem. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en opvolgen van het preventie- en welzijnsbeleid binnen de organisatie.Takenpakket:- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van het globaal preventieplan en het jaarlijks actieplan.- Coördineren van het interne preventieteam en ondersteunen van de preventieadviseurs niveau II op verschillende sites.- Adviseren van het management inzake veiligheid, gezondheid, ergonomie, psychosociaal welzijn en milieu.- Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en formuleren van passende preventiemaatregelen.- Actief bijdragen aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur binnen de organisatie.- Onderhouden van contacten met interne en externe partners, zoals de arbeidsgeneeskundige dienst, inspectiediensten en vakbonden.- Opvolgen van de wetgeving en nieuwe ontwikkelingen rond welzijn en veiligheid op het werk. - Vaardigheden:Je communiceert vlot en weet draagvlak te creëren op verschillende niveaus binnen een organisatie.Je denkt analytisch en vertaalt complexe situaties naar praktische en haalbare oplossingen.Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op binnen jouw vakgebied.Je bent een teamspeler die graag samenwerkt met collega's en externe partners.Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.Je neemt initiatief en draagt actief bij aan een positieve veiligheids- en preventiecultuur.Je bent oplossingsgericht en weet prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische werkomgeving.- Attesten:Diploma of certificaat Preventieadviseur Niveau I.- Opleidingsvereisten:Bachelor- of masterniveau, aangevuld met de kwalificatie Preventieadviseur Niveau I.- Vakkennis:Ruime ervaring binnen een industriële- of productieomgeving.Grondige kennis van welzijnswetgeving en veiligheidsvoorschriften.Ervaring met risicoanalyses en preventiebeleid.Kennis van ergonomie, gezondheid, psychosociaal welzijn en milieuaspecten is een sterke troef.- Talenkennis:Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.Kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt.
