Leid een team van 80 medewerkers en verbeter de productieprocessen binnen een internationale, innovatieve organisatie.Als productie manager ben je de schakel tussen de werkvloer en het management. Je stuurt een team aan op twee locaties en werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om de productie efficiënter en kwalitatief beter te maken. Daarnaast ondersteun je verbeterprojecten en draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het machinepark.Wat ga je nog doen? - Leidinggeven, coachen en motiveren van het productieteam met ondersteuning van Production en Team Supports - Bewaken en optimaliseren van productieprocessen met focus op kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie - Samenwerken met Quality en Supply Chain managers om kwaliteitsproblemen te analyseren en op te lossen - Initiëren en begeleiden van verbeterprojecten gericht op procesoptimalisatie - Analyseren van KPI’s en vertalen naar concrete operationele beslissingen - Bijdragen aan de implementatie van QRM en digitale fabriek via presentaties en workshops - Toezien op het functioneren en de ontwikkeling van het machinepark Je komt terecht bij een groeiende onderneming binnen een internationale groep. Kennis van metaalbewerking, lastechnieken en productieprocessen binnen de metaalsector is essentieel.- Talenkennis:Je communiceert buiten de Nederlandse taal ook goed in het Engels.
