Van het eerste contact tot de aflevering en de verdere opvolging: met jouw enthousiasme, productkennis en overtuigingskracht zorg je voor een uitstekende klantenervaring.Wat mag je verwachten van jouw werkdag?- Klanten warm verwelkomen in de showroom en hen begeleiden bij hun zoektocht naar de ideale wagen.- Actief luisteren naar hun wensen, behoeften en budget om een voorstel op maat uit te werken.- Deskundig advies geven over het wagenaanbod, financieringsmogelijkheden, leasingformules, accessoires en aanvullende diensten.- Proefritten organiseren en klanten laten kennismaken met de troeven van verschillende modellen.- Nieuwe commerciële kansen ontdekken via actieve prospectie en het uitbouwen van een professioneel netwerk.- Klanten op de hoogte houden van hun bestelling en de verwachte levering van hun nieuwe wagen.- De aflevering tot in de puntjes voorbereiden en alle voertuigfuncties duidelijk toelichten.- Ook na de verkoop een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt blijven en duurzame klantenrelaties opbouwen.- Samenwerken met enthousiaste collega's om commerciële doelstellingen te behalen en de klanttevredenheid te versterken.Klaar om jouw commerciële talent en passie voor auto's te combineren? Bij uitzonderlijke evenementen ben je ook op zondag beschikbaar.Nauwkeurigheid, enthousiasme en een professionele uitstraling typeren jouw manier van werken.Met een positieve ingesteldheid, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en passie voor het automerk maak jij elke dag het verschil.- Opleidingsvereisten:Een specifiek diploma is niet vereist. Relevante commerciële ervaring binnen de automotive sector is doorslaggevend.- Vakkennis:Eén tot drie jaar aantoonbare ervaring in automotive sales, kennis van voertuigen, verkooptechnieken, financierings- en leasingmogelijkheden. Vertrouwd zijn met sociale media is een pluspunt.
