Je komt terecht in een professionele, familiale werkomgeving met aandacht voor medewerkers en klanten.Als Service Advisor ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten tijdens het volledige aftersalesproces. Van het eerste contact tot de aflevering van de wagen: jij zorgt voor een vlotte planning, correcte administratie en uitstekende service bij onderhoud en herstellingen.Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:- Klanten vriendelijk en professioneel onthalen aan de receptie en telefonisch verderhelpen bij vragen over onderhoud en herstellingen.- Aandachtig luisteren naar klanten, de juiste vragen stellen en de nodige werkzaamheden correct inschatten.- Onderhoudsbeurten en herstellingen efficiënt inplannen, rekening houdend met de werkplaatscapaciteit, beschikbare onderdelen en vervangwagens.- Klanten proactief informeren over de voortgang van de werkzaamheden en eventuele bijkomende herstellingen.- Instaan voor een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging, inclusief facturatie en garantiedossiers.- Controleren of vervangwagens proper, schadevrij en verkeersveilig zijn.- Bij de aflevering van de wagen de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en factuur duidelijk toelichten.- Nauw samenwerken met de collega's in de werkplaats om een optimale klantenservice te garanderen.- Bijdragen aan een positieve klantenervaring en duurzame klantenrelaties.Klaar om jouw commerciële en administratieve talenten te combineren met een passie voor auto's? Affiniteit met autotechniek, onderhoud en herstellingen is een pluspunt.- Talenkennis:Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
