Als Teamlead van de kwaliteitsafdeling ben je de spil in het kwaliteitsbeleid van onze klant, waarbij je normen bewaakt en zorgt voor een strakke opvolging van klachten, audits en kwaliteitsdocumentatie.In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat het kwaliteitsbeleid vlekkeloos wordt uitgevoerd en verbeterd. Je bent het aanspreekpunt tussen productie, klanten en het Quality-team en draagt bij aan het continu verbeteren van processen, met speciale aandacht voor voedselveiligheid en certificeringen.Wat ga je doen? - Uitwerken, implementeren en bewaken van het kwaliteitsbeleid, met focus op BRCGS en voedselveiligheid - Beheren en analyseren van klachten en opvolgen van corrigerende acties volgens de 8D-methodiek - Coördineren en begeleiden van interne en externe audits, controles en traceerbaarheidstesten - Opstellen, actualiseren en beheren van kwaliteitsdocumentatie en certificaten - Aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van een klein Quality-team - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe klanten bij kwaliteitsgerelateerde vragen - Kritisch bekijken van kwaliteitsprocessen en actief bijdragen aan continue verbetering - Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid structureel te verankeren Kan je niet wachten om aan de slag te gaan? Solliciteer vandaag nog & we kijken ernaar uit om je te leren kennen! - Vaardigheden:Ervaring binnen kwaliteitsbeheer, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving.Ervaring met audits, klachtenbeheer en kwaliteitsdocumentatie is een sterke troef.Nauwkeurige, gestructureerde en oplossingsgerichte manier van werken.Sterke organisatorische en coachende vaardigheden.Klantgerichte instelling en vlotte communicatie met verschillende stakeholders.- Opleidingsvereisten:Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische of relevante richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.- Vakkennis:Ervaring met audits, klachtenbeheer en kwaliteitsdocumentatie is een sterke troef.Goede kennis van BRCGS-normen en voedselveiligheid.- Talenkennis:Goede kennis van Nederlands & Engels. Je kan jezelf vlot behelpen in het Frans.
