Voor onze klant in Maasmechelen zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Teamleader Logistiek in de voedingssector. Met een sterke positie bij grote supermarktketens in binnen- en buitenland blijft het bedrijf volop groeien. En daar kan jij mee het verschil maken!In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat alles achter de schermen op wieltjes loopt. Van aankoop en voorraadbeheer tot productie- en transportplanning: dankzij jouw organisatietalent blijft alles vlot draaien!Wat ga je nog doen?- Je zorgt voor duidelijke prioriteiten en een sterke samenwerking tussen magazijn, logistiek en aankoop.- Grondstoffen, verpakkingen en andere benodigdheden zijn dankzij jouw nauwkeurige aankoop- en voorraadbeheer steeds tijdig beschikbaar.- De magazijnwerking en goederenstromen volg je van dichtbij op, zodat alles efficiënt en gestructureerd verloopt.- Productie- en transportplanningen stem je slim af op de beschikbare capaciteit en de behoeften van klanten.- Contacten met leveranciers en transportpartners onderhouden hoort er ook bij. Daarbij maak je heldere afspraken over prijzen, kwaliteit, service en levertermijnen.- Zie je kansen om processen te verbeteren? Dan neem je initiatief en werk je concrete oplossingen uit voor een efficiëntere werking.- Samen met collega's van productie, kwaliteit en verkoop zorg je ervoor dat alle schakels in de keten perfect op elkaar aansluiten.Zie jij jezelf al de logistieke touwtjes in handen nemen en zorgen dat alles op rolletjes loopt? Zowel met collega's als met leveranciers en andere externe partners werk je vlot samen.Problemen? Die zie jij vooral als uitdagingen waarvoor een oplossing bestaat.Met jouw hands-onmentaliteit neem je graag initiatief en steek je zelf de handen uit de mouwen wanneer dat nodig is.Verantwoordelijkheid nemen, vooruitdenken en voortdurend verbeteren zitten in je natuur.- Opleidingsvereisten:Een bachelorsdiploma in logistiek, supply chain of een relevante richting heb je op zak, aangevuld met minstens twee jaar ervaring in soortgelijke functie.- Vakkennis:Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een sterke troef.- Talenkennis:Nederlands spreek je vlot. Kennis van het Frans en Engels is een mooie extra.
