Efficiënt plannen van transporten in Nederland en België voor een optimale levering van bloemen.In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat bloemen op tijd en efficiënt bij klanten aankomen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen, chauffeurs en externe transporteurs om de dienstverlening soepel te laten verlopen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het plannen van zowel eigen transportvloot als externe vervoerders, waarbij je klantgericht en volgens bedrijfsrichtlijnen te werk gaat.- Efficiënt plannen van transporten in Nederland en België, rekening houdend met klantwensen en bedrijfsregels- Samenwerken met customer service, magazijn en productie om een optimale planning te garanderen- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie- Leveringen opvolgen en relevante informatie delen met alle betrokken partijen- Proactief oplossen van transportuitdagingen- Gebruik maken van systemen en tools en meedenken over verbeteringen in het planningsproces- Zorgdragen voor correcte transportdocumenten volgens geldende wetgeving- Bewaken van chauffeursprestaties en naleving van rij- en rusttijden- Technisch beheer van het wagenpark, inclusief coördinatie van onderhoud en herstellingen- Controleren van het correcte gebruik en de netheid van het wagenpark- Werken vanuit Deinze met regelmatige verplaatsingen naar andere sites van onze klantKan je niet wachten om hier aan de slag te gaan?
