Hier kom je terecht in een groeiende organisatie waar samenwerking, kwaliteit en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan.Als Transportplanner Internationaal organiseer en coördineer je internationale transportopdrachten van aanvraag tot levering. Daarbij combineer je logistiek inzicht met commerciële feeling. Samen met klanten, transportpartners en collega's zorg je voor efficiënte oplossingen en rendabele transportactiviteiten.Wat behoort tot jouw takenpakket?- Transportaanvragen analyseren en via transportbeurzen op zoek gaan naar de meest efficiënte en rendabele oplossingen.- Geschikte transportpartners selecteren en onderhandelen over tarieven, capaciteit en kwaliteit.- Internationale transportopdrachten organiseren en opvolgen, van planning tot uiteindelijke levering.- Sterke relaties opbouwen en onderhouden met klanten en externe transporteurs.- Transportdossiers administratief beheren en zorgen voor een correcte opvolging.- Operationele problemen, klachten en onverwachte situaties snel en oplossingsgericht aanpakken.- De rendabiliteit van transportopdrachten bewaken en commerciële opportuniteiten herkennen.- Nauw samenwerken met de afdelingen customer service, facturatie en operations om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen.- Actief meedenken over verbeteringen en de verdere ontwikkeling van de transportactiviteiten.Klaar om jouw organisatietalent en commerciële feeling in te zetten binnen de internationale transportwereld? Frans spreken is een extra troef.Organiseren en plannen gaan vlot, ook wanneer verschillende transportopdrachten tegelijk lopen.Onderhandelen met transportpartners geeft energie en commerciële opportuniteiten worden snel herkend.Dankzij sterke communicatieve vaardigheden verloopt het contact met klanten, transporteurs en collega's professioneel en aangenaam.Nauwkeurig werken en een correcte administratie bijhouden zijn vanzelfsprekend.Ook tijdens drukke momenten blijft het overzicht behouden en worden de juiste prioriteiten gesteld.Zelfstandig werken lukt prima, maar samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen is minstens even belangrijk.Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte houding zorgt ervoor dat uitdagingen snel worden aangepakt en verbeterkansen niet onbenut blijven.- Opleidingsvereisten:Een eerste relevante ervaring binnen transport, logistiek of supply chain is belangrijker.- Vakkennis:Kennis van transportplanning, internationale transportprocessen, transportbeurzen en administratieve dossieropvolging is een troef. Commercieel inzicht en onderhandelingsvaardigheden zijn belangrijk.- Talenkennis:Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
