Reconnue pour son large assortiment, elle propose un environnement de travail dynamique, convivial et axé sur le conseil client.En tant que vendeur polyvalent en jardinerie, vous participez au bon fonctionnement du magasin et accompagnez les clients dans leurs achats. Selon vos connaissances et les besoins de l'équipe, vous intervenez dans différents rayons : plantes, matériel de jardin, animalerie et accessoires.Vos missions au quotidien :• Accueillir les clients, les conseiller et les orienter vers les produits adaptés à leurs besoins.• Assurer la mise en rayon, le réassortiment, l'étiquetage et la présentation attractive des marchandises.• Conseiller les clients sur les plantes d'intérieur et d'extérieur, leur entretien et les produits de jardinage.• Entretenir, arroser et organiser les plantes pour garantir leur qualité et leur présentation.• Participer à l'entretien des espaces dédiés aux animaux et veiller à leur bien-être, selon vos compétences.• Renseigner les clients sur les produits et accessoires pour animaux de compagnie.• Réceptionner, déballer et ranger les marchandises dans les différents rayons.• Assurer la manutention des produits, y compris le port de charges.• Participer à la mise en place des promotions et des opérations commerciales.• Veiller à la propreté, à l'ordre et à l'attractivité des espaces de vente.• Contribuer à la gestion des stocks et aux inventaires.• Soutenir vos collègues dans les différents départements en fonction des besoins du magasin.Vous appréciez les journées qui ne se ressemblent pas et aimez partager vos connaissances avec les clients ? - Vaardigheden:Vous possédez une première expérience dans la vente, idéalement en jardinerie, animalerie, bricolage ou grande distributionVous avez des connaissances en plantes, jardinage, matériel de jardin ou soins aux animaux, ou une expérience pertinente dans l'un de ces domainesVous êtes à l'aise avec le travail physique, notamment la manutention, le port de charges et la station debout prolongéeVous appréciez le contact avec la clientèle et aimez donner des conseils adaptésVous êtes polyvalent et prêt à intervenir dans différents rayons selon les besoinsVous êtes dynamique, organisé et attentif à la bonne présentation des produitsVous savez travailler de manière autonome tout en appréciant l'esprit d'équipeVous faites preuve d'initiative et avez le sens des responsabilitésVous êtes disponible pour travailler un week-end sur deuxVous aimez apprendre, partager vos connaissances et contribuer à une ambiance de travail positive- Attesten:Un certificat en soins animaliers ou le certificat FELASA B constitue un atout pour les activités en animalerie- Opleidingsvereisten:Une formation en horticulture, jardinerie, vente ou soins animaliers constitue un atoutUne expérience professionnelle pertinente peut également être valorisée- Vakkennis:Connaissances des plantes, de leur entretien ou des produits de jardinage appréciéesExpérience en vente, réassortiment et gestion des stocksConnaissances en soins animaliers appréciées pour les activités en animalerieCapacité à effectuer des tâches de manutention- Talenkennis:Vous êtes capable de conseiller les clients oralement en français et en néerlandais
