Créée en 2021, asap.work est une entreprise française présente au niveau national, et spécialisée dans le recrutement (interim, free, CDI) de profils experts dans les métiers du BTP.

Nous sommes près de 120 collaborateurs à réinventer l’expérience candidat dans le secteur du BTP en combinant approche humaine, expertise métier et innovation technologique. Notre marque de fabrique :

  • Proposer à nos intérimaires des avantages exclusifs et un suivi personnalisé pour les accompagner en proximité et améliorer leurs conditions de vie.
  • Permettre à nos consultants, grâce à l’automatisation de nombreuses tâches administratives et répétitives (à faible valeur ajoutée), de gagner en efficacité et rester focus sur leur coeur de métier : la relation humaine avec nos candidats.

Nos ambitions pour 2026 sont de devenir l’acteur de référence partout en France dans le recrutement d’experts pour les entreprises du BTP, et d'occuper une place de choix à l’international.

✨ Le poste

Nous recherchons des Consultant(e)s en recrutement BTP expérimenté(e)s en freelance pour accompagner notre développement.

Tu connais déjà les codes du recrutement et/ou de l’intérim, tu maîtrises les métiers du BTP et tu souhaites aujourd’hui développer ton activité avec davantage d’autonomie ?

Chez asap.work, tu conserves ton expertise et ton indépendance tout en bénéficiant de notre organisation, de nos outils et de nos équipes spécialisées pour te permettre de te concentrer sur ton développement.

🎯 Tes missions

En tant que Consultant(e) Senior, tu es responsable du développement de ton activité :

  • Développer et fidéliser ton portefeuille clients dans le secteur du BTP ;
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et développer ton réseau ;
  • Comprendre les besoins de tes clients et leur proposer les profils adaptés ;
  • Sourcer, qualifier et accompagner les candidats sur tes recrutements ;
  • Développer une relation de confiance avec tes clients et tes candidats ;
  • Piloter ton activité et suivre tes résultats ;
  • T’appuyer sur nos équipes et nos outils pour gagner en efficacité et te concentrer sur les missions à forte valeur ajoutée.

🫵 Tu vas matcher si :

  • Tu as plusieurs années d’expérience en recrutement et/ou intérim ;
  • Tu connais idéalement les métiers et les acteurs du BTP ;
  • Tu maîtrises le cycle de recrutement et la relation client ;
  • Tu as déjà développé et fidélisé un portefeuille clients ;
  • Tu es autonome, organisé(e) et orienté(e) résultats ;
  • Tu as une vraie fibre commerciale et l’envie de développer ton propre business ;
  • Tu es à l’aise avec les outils digitaux et les nouvelles technologies.

Tu as déjà un réseau dans le BTP et une activité commerciale solide ? C’est un vrai plus.
