The posting

Experienced Class A drivers are needed for a dedicated local operation based in Rialto, California.

This is a home-daily position running established routes throughout Southern California, with occasional trips to Las Vegas. Drivers average approximately 1,400 miles per week and start their shifts in the afternoon.

A Typical Workday

Drivers report to the Rialto-area yard and generally begin between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

Routes typically run 10–12 hours and include deliveries throughout Southern California. Occasional routes may extend to Las Vegas, Nevada.

After completing the scheduled route, drivers return home rather than staying out overnight.

Delivery Work

This isn't strictly a drive-and-drop position. Drivers should be comfortable with an active delivery environment and multiple stops.

Depending on the route, responsibilities may include:

  • Monitoring freight during offload
  • Using a manual pallet jack
  • Operating a liftgate
  • Handling deliveries from trailers up to approximately 28 feet
  • Completing multiple customer stops
  • Safely completing required inspections and delivery documentation

Freight is preloaded before departure.

Earnings

Current account figures show average weekly earnings of approximately $1,395, with top weekly earnings around $1,858.

Performance-based incentive opportunities may also be available.

Individual earnings will vary based on assigned routes, mileage, workload, schedule, and applicable incentive compensation.

Schedule Expectations

This dedicated operation runs six days per week, including weekends.

Drivers should be prepared for afternoon/evening driving and approximately 10–12 hours of work per scheduled day. Weekend availability is required.

Who Can Qualify?

Applicants must:

  • Hold a valid Class A CDL
  • Have at least 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
  • Live within 30 miles of Rialto, CA
  • Have reliable transportation to and from the yard
  • Be comfortable with multi-stop delivery work
  • Be able to safely use a manual pallet jack and liftgate when required
  • Be available for the required six-day schedule
  • Meet applicable DOT and company qualification requirements
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • SAP Drivers: We have select regional and OTR opportunities available for drivers who have successfully completed the SAP program.
