Asbury Grace Park is a senior living community of energetic people who truly care about one another.

Job Description

As Receptionist, you will be entrusted with front-office responsibilities that are essential to the smooth operation of our organization. This position demands professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. We offer a competitive benefits package and generous salary starting at $15 per hour. This is a Part-Time position with working hours of every Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am - 5:30pm and some holidays.

  • Manage all incoming phone calls
  • Greet, direct and provide information or support to residents, staff and visitors
  • Oversee mail and package distribution
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Execute computer-based tasks, office work, and special projects as assigned by the Office Coordinator or other Supervisors with diligence and accuracy

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Familiarity with operating a multi-line phone system and other common office equipment
  • Candidates must demonstrate advanced proficiency in standard office software applications, with particular emphasis on the Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2+ years administrative experience in a professional office environment is strongly preferred
