Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführen und Optimieren von Workflows zur Proteinexpression in Säugerzellen (z. B. CHO, HEK293) und Bakterien
  • Generieren und Charakterisieren stabiler Zelllinien
  • Unterstützung bei Proteinreinigung und analytischer Charakterisierung
  • Dokumentation von Experimenten in ELN-Systemen, Präsentation von Ergebnissen
  • Mitarbeit bei Labororganisation und Gerätepflege

Requirements

  • Ausbildung als BTA, PTA, Biologielaborant/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; alternativ Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in einem Life-Sciences-Studiengang
  • Praktische Erfahrung in Zellkultur und Proteinexpression
  • Kenntnisse molekularbiologischer Methoden
  • Erfahrung mit Zelllinienentwicklung von Vorteil
  • Erste Kenntnisse in Proteinreinigung oder Proteinanalytik wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
