Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic infusion operations by providing expert leadership for all market-level infusion services, ensuring local initiatives are fully aligned with national clinical practices and business strategies.
  • Standardize clinical and operational excellence by establishing and maintaining compliant, high-quality workflows that prioritize patient safety, operational efficiency, and long-term financial sustainability.
  • Drive financial and revenue performance by partnering with multidisciplinary stakeholders to optimize infusion revenue capture, manage payer compliance, and enhance reimbursement and charge integrity.
  • Champion systemwide strategic initiatives by executing critical pharmacy programs, including biosimilar adoption, drug shortage mitigation, and the development of optimized site-of-care strategies.
  • Establish governance and accountability by leading market infusion councils and oversight committees to ensure performance is rigorously measured, tracked, and continuously improved across all sites.

Qualifications

Licensure / Certification / Registration

  • Required Credential(s):Licensed Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required. Master's degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy preferred.

Work Experience

  • 5 years of experience required. 2 years of cumulative leadership or management experience required OR a graduate from an accredited Health System Pharmacy Administration residency program required.
