Job Description:

  • Provide safe, compassionate, and age-appropriate nursing care to infants and children, including phlebotomy, vaccinations, wound care, and dressing changes.
  • Assist doctors during consultations, treatments, minor surgical procedures, and other specialty-related procedures.
  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, standard operating procedures, and applicable Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations.
  • Dispense medications accurately in accordance with established procedures, monitor inventory levels, and conduct quarterly stock takes.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential patient medical records.
  • Support clinical and administrative processes, including patient registration, admissions, appointment scheduling, and referral bookings.
  • Handle telephone calls and respond professionally to enquiries from patients, parents, and caregivers.
  • Process insurance claims, billing, and payment collections accurately.
  • Provide regular updates on relevant clinical and operational matters.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a small team to manage clinical and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, with exposure to both clinical and administrative duties.
  • Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Good patient care and service attributes.
  • Team player who can work independently.
