Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as an Accounting & Finance Operations Intern. This internship provides hands-on exposure to bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, statutory compliance support, and day-to-day finance operations within a professional client servicing environment.

This role sits within the Accounting & Finance Operations department.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with bookkeeping, data entry, reconciliations, and basic accounting tasks for client accounts.

· Support the preparation of financial statements, management reports, schedules, and working papers.

· Help maintain accurate accounting records and organise supporting documents in a timely manner.

· Assist with GST, tax, audit, and compliance-related documentation where required.

· Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and support client deliverables.

· Provide administrative support for finance operations, process improvements, and ad-hoc assignments.

Skills& Requirements

· Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

· Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting will be an advantage.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

· Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with numbers and documentation.

· Good communication skills and a willingness to learn in a professional services environment.

· Able to commit to a full-time internship for the period required by the department.
