As a Parts, Delivery, Shipping and Receiving Clerk at Asheville Chevrolet, you will play a key role in managing the flow of parts and supplies. This position involves delivering parts to customers and service departments, receiving shipments, and ensuring accurate inventory management. You will support the efficient operation of the parts department by coordinating deliveries and maintaining organized records.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver parts to customers and various departments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
  • Maintain organized and accurate inventory records.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic laws.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy parts as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Previous experience in delivery, shipping, or parts handling preferred but not required.
