  • Content Review: Review existing workforce readiness learning assets for alignment with the FAR overhaul and incorporate new Strategic Acquisition Guidance content.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with OFPP, FAI, and agency stakeholders to validate guidance and framework content.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree; 12+ years of federal acquisition/contracting experience, including direct exposure to FAR-based procurement.
  • Deep knowledge of the FAR overhaul and principles-based acquisition concepts.
  • Experience developing acquisition guidance, policy, or training content for federal audiences.

Preferred:

  • FAC-C or DAWIA Level III certification (or equivalent).
  • Experience with OFPP, FAI, or GSA acquisition policy initiatives.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
