Depuis 1993, nos 400 collaborateurs construisent un numérique aux impacts positifs, depuis nos 7 agences en France. À Rennes, notre agence Data cherche un Consultant Data Senior pour renforcer son équipe et l’accompagner dans son développement. On n’attend plus que vous !

Description du poste

Votre terrain de jeu

Référent technique et fonctionnel, vous pilotez des projets data de bout en bout : du cadrage au run, en passant par l’architecture, la conception et la mise en œuvre.

  • Vous concevez et industrialisez des pipelines de données, en batch comme en temps réel, au service des cas d’usage métier de nos clients
  • Vous modélisez les architectures data (datawarehouse, datalake, datamart) et challengez les choix techniques au regard des enjeux business
  • Vous accompagnez et faites monter en compétences les Data Engineers plus juniors de l’équipe
  • Vous participez à l’avant-vente : qualification des besoins, chiffrage, propositions techniques
  • Vous nourrissez la veille technologique et contribuez au développement de l’offre Data d’ASI
  • Vous tirez parti des outils d’IA (assistants de code, vibe coding, génération de tests et de documentation) pour accélérer vos développements et renforcer la qualité des livrables

Qualifications

Ce que vous apportez

  • La maîtrise d’au moins un outil ETL majeur du marché
  • La maîtrise d’un outil de reporting
  • L’expérience d’une solution Cloud de données (type Snowflake)
  • Une double casquette technique et fonctionnelle, à l’aise aussi bien avec les équipes métier qu’avec les développeurs
  • L’envie de transmettre et de faire grandir une équipe
