1.参与公司核心系统的设计与开发，协助开展新技术的预研、技术选型与落地实施，推动技术创新与架构优化； 2.根据产品需求和系统设计，独立完成模块级功能开发，编写高质量、可维护的Java代码，实现业务逻辑，并参与版本迭代与代码管理； 3.负责开发过程中各类技术文档的编写与维护，包括设计文档、接口文档、部署说明等，确保开发过程规范化； 4.参与系统疑难问题排查与性能调优，协助定位并解决线上重大故障，保障系统稳定性与高可用性； 5.协同产品、测试、运维等团队，参与产品方案讨论与技术评审，提供可行性技术建议与支持； 6.关注前沿技术发展，积极参与团队技术分享，持续提升团队整体技术水平。

1.2027届硕士应届毕业生，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、网络工程、信息安全等相关专业； 2.具备扎实的Java编程基础，熟悉Spring Boot、MyBatis等主流开发框架，具备良好的面向对象设计与编码能力； 3.熟悉Kafka消息队列、Fluentd日志采集、MongoDB、ClickHouse等数据存储与处理组件；了解Flink流式计算框架者优先； 4.熟悉Linux操作系统，掌握Docker容器化技术，了解K8s集群管理与部署流程； 5.熟悉大数据处理相关技术栈，了解图数据库原理及应用场景，具备性能优化经验者加分； 6.对网络安全、数据库安全有基本理解，具备一定的安全编码意识与防护能力。
