一、 核心使命： 作为财审部的技术核心，您将主导并实施公司财务系统自动化与智能化的战略蓝图。您的核心任务是打通各业务系统（CRM/SRM/HRM/飞书等）与Oracle财务系统之间的数据壁垒，设计和开发稳定、高效的系统接口，构建自动化账务核算体系，并探索财务AI的应用场景，最终极大提升财务数据的准确性、及时性与决策支持价值。

二、 主要职责： 系统集成与接口开发： 负责Oracle财务系统与元年费控、CRM、SRM、HRM、飞书审批、泛微BI等业务系统的需求分析、接口方案设计、开发与测试工作。 主导数据映射、转换和清洗规则的制定与实现，确保业务数据能准确、自动地生成财务凭证。 维护和优化现有财务相关接口，解决系统间数据传输的异常问题，保障财务月结、年结的顺利进行。 流程自动化与优化： 深入理解财务核算、报销、付款、收款、报表等业务流程，识别自动化机会。 利用脚本、API、RPA等技术手段，设计并实现端到端的财务流程自动化，减少人工干预，提升效率与内控水平。 财务AI探索与应用： 与业务部门协作，探索AI在财务领域的应用场景，如：智能审单、风险预警、自动化对账、费用模式识别、预测性财务分析等。 负责或参与相关AI概念验证（POC）项目的技术调研与方案落地。 财务数据治理与BI支持： 参与构建财务数据仓库或数据中台，为泛微BI等报表工具提供干净、统一、可追溯的财务数据源。 支持财务团队的数据分析需求，提供技术解决方案。

必备条件： 教育背景： 计算机科学、软件工程、信息管理、财务信息化等相关专业本科及以上学历。 开发经验： 3年以上企业级系统集成和接口开发经验，必须具备财务系统（如Oracle EBS/NetSuite、金蝶、用友等）与业务系统（CRM、SRM、OA等）的对接实战经验。 技术能力： 精通至少一门开发语言（如：Java, Python, C#等）。 精通数据库操作（SQL），熟悉存储过程、性能优化。 深入理解Web Service（SOAP/RESTful API）、ETL、中间件等集成技术。 熟悉企业业务流程，具备出色的业务需求分析和技术方案设计能力。 业务理解： 具备良好的财务知识基础，能理解财务术语和核心业务流程（如总账、应收、应付、费用报销等）。有财务背景或熟悉FICO模块者优先。 个人素质： 具备出色的逻辑思维能力、问题解决能力和项目推动能力，善于沟通，能与财务和IT团队高效协作。 优先考虑： 有用友、金蝶、元年、汇联易等费控系统开发集成经验者。 有RPA（如UiPath, 影刀等）开发实施经验者。 对机器学习、自然语言处理（NLP）等AI技术有实际项目经验或浓厚兴趣，并愿意在财务领域实践者。 有在大型、多系统集成的复杂IT环境中工作的经验。
