工作职责： 1、负责会计期间关账与报告：主导月度及年度结账流程，负责总账模块会计凭证录入与核对工作，确保账务处理准确合规；负责统计内部交易、编制合并财务报表，确保财务报表的准确性、完整性和及时性。 2、参与信息披露：参与公司信息披露相关工作，协助准备和审核需公开披露的财务报告及相关信息，确保符合监管要求；协助完成年报、半年报中财务报告章节的编制与复核。 3、财务系统运维与管理：负责财务系统（如Oracle）的日常运维，包括会计科目等基础数据维护，配置与更新外币汇率等。 4、审计与资本运作支持：对接外部审计和协调资料准备、问题反馈及沟通，全面负责境外公司审计对接与管理，高效完成财务资料准备与问题反馈。 5、合规与数据支持：及时准确提供政府报表统计、资质申报、银行融资及业务投标等所需的财务数据，确保符合内外部合规要求，为业务提供支持。 6、流程优化与效率提升：持续梳理和优化总账及报表相关流程，推动RPA/AI自动化应用，提升核算效率与数据质量。

1、全日制统招本科及以上学历，财务、会计、审计等相关专业背景。 2、具备5-10年总账会计相关经验，精通中国企业会计准则及合并报表实务，具备复杂业务账务处理能力。 3、熟练操作Oracle等大型ERP系统，精通总账、报表、合并等模块的操作与应用。 4、具备高度的数据敏感度，工作严谨、细致，责任心强，能够承受高强度工作压力。 5、出色的跨部门沟通协调能力和团队合作意识。 优先考虑： 1、持有CPA或同等职业资格认证者。 2、具备软件、网络安全等行业财务经验，或参与过IPO筹备及申报全过程。 3、具有科创板上市公司信息披露或年度报告编制相关经验者优先，有会计师事务所经验优先。
