1. 主导全栈卫星通信协议的全生命周期研发，从需求分析、协议架构设计，到方案落地，需适配星地双向通信、星间协同、卫星 - 地面网络（5G/6G）融合等多场景，确保协议兼容性与扩展性。 2. 负责协议全栈开发实现：底层需完成与星载硬件的接口适配，中层进行协议栈编码，上层实现与星载软件、地面站系统的集成对接。 3. 牵头协议全维度测试与优化：设计功能测试、性能测试、可靠性测试及兼容性测试方案，定位并解决协议层与硬件 / 软件的跨层问题，优化协议资源占用。 4. 跟踪卫星通信行业标准与前沿技术，输出技术预研报告；协同硬件、软件、系统集成团队，推进协议从研发到在轨验证的落地，保障项目交付进度。

1. 通信工程、电子信息、计算机科学与技术等相关专业，博士学历；或硕士学历 + 5 年以上全栈通信协议开发经验（需具备卫星 / 航天 / 航空通信领域项目背景，有协议端到端落地经验者优先）。 2. 精通卫星通信协议体系，深入理解星地 / 星间通信链路特性，熟练掌握 3GPP NTN、CCSDS 等行业标准，具备从物理层到应用层的协议设计与开发能力。 3. 具备卫星场景问题解决能力：能针对性解决高延迟下的协议拥塞、链路中断后的快速恢复、星上资源受限下的协议轻量化等问题；有卫星通信协议在轨验证、故障排查经验者优先。 4. 具备较强的跨团队协作能力与技术文档撰写能力，对空天地一体化通信领域有持续热情，能适应航天项目阶段性研发节奏。 5. 加分项：参与过国家级卫星通信项目（如低轨卫星星座、深空探测通信）、3GPP NTN 协议标准化工作、或主导过全栈通信协议从研发到量产落地者优先。
