The posting

Role Overview

You will own the full sales cycle for EV charging and electrical projects— from lead generation and site assessment, through technical proposal development, to contract closing and handover to the project team. This role sits at the intersection of sales, engineering, and project coordination, working closely with property management (MCSTs, building management), main contractors, and corporate/fleet clients.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across EV charging and general electrical works (e.g. commercial fit-out projects) with property management corporations (MCSTs), building owners, main contractors, and corporate/fleet operators
  • Develop and present CPO/CaaS proposals, including revenue-share models and commercial terms
  • Prepare quotations and tenders for electrical works packages, working with main contractors and project teams on scope, pricing, and timelines
  • Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including MCST councils, facilities managers, main contractors, and fleet/procurement teams
  • Guide customers through available EV charging grant schemes (e.g. EHVCG), including eligibility checks, application requirements, and documentation support

Technical Pre-Sales

  • Conduct site assessments to evaluate electrical capacity, layout, and installation feasibility
  • Work with the engineering team to size systems and recommend appropriate AC/DC charger configurations
  • Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and single line diagrams (SLDs) in coordination with internal engineering
  • Address client questions on charger specifications, compliance (e.g. LTA requirements), and safety features

Project Coordination

  • Act as the client-facing point of contact from proposal through installation
  • Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover and delivery timelines
  • Support after-sales relationship management, including maintenance contract renewals and upsell opportunities

Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or business development — experience in EV charging, electrical/M&E, renewable energy, or building services industries preferred
  • Strong understanding of (or willingness to quickly learn) electrical systems and EV charging infrastructure
  • Comfortable engaging both technical stakeholders (engineers, facilities managers) and commercial decision-makers (MCST councils, procurement)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills
  • Self-driven, comfortable managing a full sales cycle with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with LTA EV charger regulations and Type Approval processes
  • Existing network within property management, MCST, or fleet/corporate sectors
  • Experience reading or interpreting electrical drawings/SLDs
  • Valid driving license (site visits across Singapore)

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to be part of Singapore's growing EV charging infrastructure sector
  • Direct exposure to CPO/CaaS business model development
  • Performance-based incentives on top of base salary
  • Small, agile team with room to grow into a leadership role as the business scales

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
