The posting

About Us:

Mosaic AI is the only enterprise AI platform built for technical support in highly configurable, multi-product companies. We unify the customer, product, and support context scattered across a company's systems, then act on it across the case lifecycle: automating what we can, escalating to a human expert when it matters. Built on 100+ deep integrations, the platform runs products already live in production, including Self-Service, Knowledge, Triage, Assist, Intelligence, Alerting, and QA, all sharing one foundation so they ship fast and improve as the platform grows.

That shared foundation makes this an exciting, unusual place to build. Each product we launch would have been an entire company in the pre-AI era; for us, it's a focused product on common infrastructure, so each deployment builds on the last. Our no-code Agent Builder lets teams design and deploy agents with governance and traceability, while our Customer Context Model routes recurring issues and account risk to the teams that can fix them. Every deployment lowers our customers' cost to serve. We're hiring engineers and product leaders who want to build systems that get more capable the more they run.

About the Role:

We're hiring a Sales Development Representative to open conversations with the leaders who run technical support at mid-market and enterprise companies. Most of your day is on the phone. You'll call directors, VPs, and C-level leaders, earn a first meeting, and hand Account Executives an opportunity worth their time.

We've built a repeatable outbound motion across calls, email, and LinkedIn, running on HubSpot, Nooks, Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You'll run it, test against it, and help make it better. Mosaic sells a platform with several products, so part of the job is figuring out which problem an account has and opening with the product that solves it.

Who You Are

  • A cold caller. You like the phone. You can open a call with a stranger, earn thirty seconds, and turn an objection into a meeting. You've done it enough times to know your numbers.
  • Comfortable with senior buyers. You've called into mid-market and enterprise organizations and you know how a VP of Support thinks about headcount, backlog, and cost to serve. You don't get rattled when a senior leader pushes back.
  • A multi-product seller. You can research an account, work out whether their pain is case volume, knowledge gaps, or escalations, and pick the right opening for it.
  • Relentless. You make the extra twenty dials, follow up when others have given up, and treat a bad week as data.
  • AI-native. You use AI to research accounts, write first drafts, and build lists faster than anyone else on the floor. You're always testing a new way to do it.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect outbound into mid-market and enterprise support leaders using calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings
  • Research target accounts and tailor your message to the product that fits their problem
  • Work with sales and marketing leadership to sharpen our messaging
  • Test and iterate on prospecting strategies across every channel, and share what works with the team
  • Help validate new use cases, personas, and markets where Mosaic can create customer value
  • Create and share outbound content that builds awareness and demand for Mosaic

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of B2B sales experience as an SDR, BDR, or in an equivalent role
  • A track record of cold calling into mid-market or enterprise personas
  • Experience selling more than one product or a platform
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed pipeline targets consistently
  • Strong phone and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nooks, HubSpot, and newer tools like Clay

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
