O que é esperado desse cargo:

  • Conduzir as primeiras etapas dos processos seletivos, incluindo a triagem de currículos e o contato com candidatos;
  • Conduzir processos seletivos de posições de estágio, com acompanhamento do time de People;
  • Realizar o agendamento e acompanhamento de entrevistas, além do contato e feedback aos candidatos ao longo do processo seletivo;
  • Apoiar na organização e atualização das informações dos processos seletivos;
  • Apoiar na organização e realização de eventos internos;
  • Apoiar iniciativas de comunicação interna e ações de endomarketing;
  • Auxiliar o time de People em projetos voltados à cultura, clima, engajamento dos colaboradores em outras atividades da área.
