  • Configure and validate backup and recovery solutions to ensure data protection and continuity for critical systems and applications.
  • Analyze system logs and metrics to detect anomalies, performance degradation, and potential security incidents, escalating and remediating as needed.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and application issues across distributed environments, serving as a primary contact for incident resolution.
  • Maintain detailed system documentation and standard operating procedures, and participate in incident response activities and on-call rotations to support 24/7 platform availability.

Required Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of enterprise system administration and automation experience, typically 3–6 years in a systems administrator or related infrastructure role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Windows and/or Linux servers, user accounts, permissions, and group policies in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience with system monitoring, patch management, backup and recovery, and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
  • Strong proficiency with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for task automation and operational improvements.
  • Must meet DoD 8140 requirements and hold an active Secret clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • DoD 8140-compliant certification such as Security+ or equivalent.
  • Experience with virtualization or cloud platforms (e.g., VMware, AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) and modern automation frameworks.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
