Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive IT Site Support Engineer to provide onsite and remote technical support across multiple office. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in end-user computing, infrastructure support, AI-enabled workplace tools, IT operations, and customer-focused service delivery. Frequent travel between sites and remote support for satellite offices may be required.

Key Responsibilities

End User & Workplace Support

  • Provide onsite and remote end-user support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and workplace technologies.
  • Install, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows devices and peripherals.
  • Support user onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, and account administration.
  • Deliver VIP and executive user support when required.

Remote Site Support

  • Provide remote operational support for regional and branch office locations.
  • Coordinate with local vendors and business stakeholders to resolve infrastructure and workplace technology issues.
  • Monitor and support remote site IT operations, ensuring service continuity and compliance with corporate standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for remote site escalations and troubleshooting activities.

Microsoft 365 & AI Adoption Support

  • Support Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications.
  • Assist employees in utilizing Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity tools.
  • Provide end-user guidance, training, and troubleshooting for AI-based workplace solutions.
  • Promote adoption of digital workplace technologies and support AI-driven business transformation initiatives.
  • Create and maintain user documentation, quick guides, and knowledge-base articles for Copilot and Microsoft 365 services.

Infrastructure & Network Support

  • Support Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management solutions.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting including VLAN, TCP/IP, switching, wireless connectivity, and printer support.
  • Support meeting room technologies, video conferencing platforms, and collaboration devices.
  • Assist in infrastructure deployment, relocation, upgrade, and enhancement projects.

Asset & Security Management

  • Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, inventory, and disposal.
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives, secure workplace operations, and access management controls.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in IT Support, Site IT, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Field Support roles.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Windows platforms.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, Switching).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in both onsite and remote support environments.
  • Korean language proficiency with basic business-level English communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity platforms.
  • Experience conducting user training, adoption programs, and digital workplace initiatives.
  • Experience with Windows Autopilot, Windows Hello for Business, and Windows 11 deployments.
  • Experience supporting global enterprise environments.
  • Military IT administration or infrastructure support experience.
  • Relevant certifications such as Information Processing Engineer, Microsoft Certifications, ITIL, CompTIA Network+, or Security+.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid Korean Driver's License (Class 1 or Class 2)
  • Must own and operate a personal vehicle
  • Willingness to travel frequently between customer and office locations
  • Ability to provide onsite emergency support when required
  • Experience supporting both onsite and remote office users
