Dan is deze hbo‑deeltijdfunctie binnen het Quality & process team van ASML een mooie start van jouw carrière.

De werkzaamheden omvatten de administratieve verwerking van de Manterial Notifications, het uitvoeren van een eerste verstoringsonderzoek om de juiste oorzaakscategorie vast te stellen, en het valideren van de containmentmaatregelen. Daarnaast wordt, indien van toepassing, de door de leverancier voorgestelde RCA (Root Cause Analysis) geïnitieerd en gevalideerd. Tot slot wordt samengewerkt met de ASML- en/of leveranciersorganisatie om preventieve maatregelen te definiëren, door te voeren en te valideren.

Je weet anderen te overtuigen van hun rol in het ondersteunen van de fabriek en bent goed in staat om effectief te manoeuvreren binnen een complex stakeholderlandschap. Ongeveer de helft van je tijd ben je te vinden op de productievloer in de Cleanroom, waar je de eerste onderzoeken naar verstoringen uitvoert.

Jouw rol en verantwoordelijkheden

Je volgt een deeltijd hbo-bacheloropleiding Technische Bedrijfskunde, waarbij je vier dagen per week werkt bij ASML en één dag per week naar school gaat. Als Quality Engineer ontwikkel je jezelf in een omgeving waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en continu verbeteren centraal staan.

  • Administratieve verwerking van de Materialmeldingen.
  • Eerste onderzoek van de verstoring om de juiste oorzaakscategorie (Source of Cause) vast te stellen.
  • Valideren van de containmentmaatregel (beheersmaatregel).
  • Initiëren en valideren (indien van toepassing) van de door de leverancier voorgestelde RCA (Root Cause Analysis / oorzaakanalyse).
  • Afstemming met de ASML- en/of leveranciersorganisatie om preventieve maatregelen te definiëren, te implementeren en te valideren.

Overige informatie

  • Je werkt op onze locatie in Veldhoven. ASML vergoedt alle studiekosten, betaalt je schooldag door en biedt jou een contract na succesvol afronden van het werk leer-traject.
