The posting
Reporting to the CPC team within SCM, this role drives data-driven decision-making across supply chain operations. It focuses on inventory analytics, automation of cross-functional planning processes, and Power BI reporting, supported by AI-enabled tooling.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Supply Chain Analytics Analyze inventory, demand and supply data across multiple manufacturing sites to uncover trends and improve planning accuracy. Consolidate multi-source data (Finance, Planning, PC) into standardized, repeatable analyses.
Process Automation & Digital Tools Build and productize Python-based analytics engines and internal tools (e.g., Streamlit apps, data cleaning workbenches) that turn manual, multi-day monthly analyses into one-click, minutes-level runs. Write user guides so non-technical colleagues can run them independently.
Data Visualization & Reporting Use Power BI to build executive and managerial dashboards with KPI alerting and multi-level drill-down, creating a single source of truth for real-time monitoring. Prepare clear, timely reports for executive presentations and operational reviews.
AI & Technology Exploration Explore and apply new analytics and AI tools (LLM applications, agentic pipelines, AI coding tools) to improve data processing, modeling and reporting.
Strategic & Capacity Planning Support Contribute to planning strategies that align demand and supply, and support long-range planning and capacity forecasting.
Project Execution Support Support cross-functional supply chain projects such as system enhancements and process automation. Track milestones, maintain documentation (e.g., PRDs, user guides) and keep stakeholders informed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with manufacturing, logistics, procurement and other SCM teams to keep capacity and resource planning aligned.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Management Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Statistics or a related field.

- Analytical: Ability to interpret complex datasets and turn them into clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in analysis, reporting and documentation.
- Learning Agility: Self-driven, with a growth mindset and eagerness to adopt new tools and methods.
