Wat ga je doen?

Als Content Creator bij ASN Bank in Utrecht ga je aan de slag met uiteenlopende communicatievraagstukken. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen interne en externe kanalen en zet AI slim in om content te optimaliseren. Met ruimte voor eigen ideeën en nieuwe formats draag je bij aan de reputatie en zichtbaarheid van ASN Bank.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Je maakt content voor intranet, e-mail, social media en andere communicatiekanalen.
  • Je schrijft interviews, nieuwsberichten en andere redactionele verhalen.
  • Je ontwikkelt nieuwe audiovisuele contentformats, van concept tot uitvoering.
  • Je zet AI gericht in voor contentcreatie en -optimalisatie en denkt mee over onze LinkedIn-strategie.
  • Je beheert functioneel de corporate website en onderhoudt contact met de externe websiteleverancier.

Hier kom je te werken

Je wordt onderdeel van het Corporate communications team: een groep enthousiaste communicatieprofessionals dat werkt aan de verbinding van collega's én de zichtbaarheid van ASN Bank. Binnen het contentteam werk je samen met drie contentspecialisten en een videospecialist in een open cultuur waar eerlijke feedback vanzelfsprekend is. Je krijgt veel ruimte om ideeën in te brengen en nieuwe dingen uit te proberen.

Wat breng jij mee?

Je neemt initiatief en anticipeert op ontwikkelingen in het communicatievak. Je werkt met betrokkenheid en energie aan zowel inhoudelijke als creatieve vraagstukken en communiceert helder, afgestemd op je gesprekspartner.

Verder heb je:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Ongeveer 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als content creator, contentspecialist of redacteur. Ervaring binnen de financiële sector is een must
  • Uitstekende schrijfvaardigheden en gevoel voor beeld, video en audiovisuele contentvormen.
  • Ervaring met social media, contentstrategie en het slim inzetten van AI.
  • Ervaring met CMS-systemen of functioneel websitebeheer is een pré.

Wat krijg je van ons?

Deze functie valt in schaal 9, met een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 4.552,- en € 6.069,- (op basis van 36 uur per week).

Verder bieden wij: • Een flexibel in te delen 36-urige werkweek, zoals 4x9 en thuiswerken • 8% vakantiegeld en een 13e maand, op een moment dat het jou goed uitkomt • Op basis van een fulltime dienstverband: 208,8 uur verlofuren per jaar • Een goede collectieve pensioenregeling • € 750,- per jaar om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen (te sparen tot € 3.000,-) • Elke 5 jaar € 900,- om je thuiswerkplek weer helemaal op orde te maken • Een NS-Business Card en een kilometervergoeding voor als je op de fiets komt
