The posting

För kunds räkning söker vi nu en ekonomiassistent inom leverantörsreskontra för ett längre konsultuppdrag hos ett bolag i Malmö. Uppdraget är på heltid med omgående start och löper till och med augusti 2027.

Du kommer att bli en del av en större ekonomifunktion och arbeta i ett team om ca 10 personer. Verksamheten präglas av stora transaktionsflöden och en systemintensiv miljö med flera olika ERP-system. Rollen passar dig som har några års erfarenhet som ekonomiassistent inom leverantörsreskontra, är trygg i stora volymer och snabbt kan sätta dig in i nya system och arbetssätt.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Hantering och uppföljning av fakturaflöden
  • Påminnelsehantering
  • Hantering av betalningar
  • Vidarefakturering
  • Löpande kontakt med interna och externa parter
  • Uppföljning och kvalitetssäkring av transaktioner och ekonomiska underlag
  • Samarbete med redovisningsfunktionen och andra delar av ekonomiavdelningen
  • Arbete med stora transaktionsvolymer i flera olika ERP-system
  • Bidra till utveckling och förbättring av arbetssätt och processer

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har 2–3 års erfarenhet som ekonomiassistent, med erfarenhet av leverantörsreskontra
  • Är van vid stora flöden och transaktionsvolymer
  • Har redovisningserfarenhet och en god förståelse för ekonomiska flöden
  • Har god systemvana och lätt för att sätta dig in i nya system, processer och arbetssätt
  • Är noggrann och strukturerad och trivs i en miljö med högt tempo
  • Är flexibel, lösningsorienterad och tar egna initiativ
  • Bidrar gärna med förbättringsförslag och nya perspektiv på arbetssätt och processer
  • Trivs med att samarbeta och ha många kontaktytor inom organisationen
  • Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska. Kunskaper i engelska är meriterande Erfarenhet av ERP-system som Dynamics 365, Business Central, Fortnox eller Visma är meriterande, men inget krav.
