Salary: Up to £TBC per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

Your Role
- Programme and deliver Minor New Works and small projects to agreed quality, cost, time and health and safety requirements.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, CDM Regulations, safe systems of work and asbestos management requirements.
- Manage subcontractors, contractors and customer interfaces to ensure successful project delivery with minimal disruption.
- Day-to-day site management of contractors and oversight of project execution.
- Follow company processes covering project management, procurement, finance, lifecycle, change and backlog management.
- Ensure project documentation is received and transferred to the Asset Data Team in a timely manner.
- Provide concise project and programme reports to key stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Qualifications: Industry recognised qualification (NVQ or equivalent) in Engineering, Building Services, Project Management or Facilities Management, together with a valid UK driving licence.
- Experience: Proven experience in project management, site management and customer management, with strong Microsoft Office skills. Experience within construction or military environments and small works scope writing would be advantageous.
- Skills: Strong commitment to health and safety, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to prioritise a fast-paced workload, work independently, manage budgets effectively, deliver excellent customer service and identify business risks and opportunities.
