Consultant\-e en travail social

VOTRE MISSION

Au sein de notre service des prestations, vous contribuez au développement et à la reconnaissance de l'expertise sociale au sein de l'association et assurez le lien avec les partenaires régionaux ainsi qu'avec la faîtière.

En tant que en travail social, vous apportez votre expertise dans l'accompagnement de situations complexes rencontrées par les clients et leurs proches, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes terrains.

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Soutenir et conseiller les collaborateurs dans les situations complexes ;
  • Accompagnement à l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs AS ;
  • Développer et entretenir un réseau de partenaires ;
  • Assurer une veille dans le domaine du travail social au sein de l'ASPMAD, des prestations sociales et de leurs évolutions ;
  • Être la personne de référence pour les questions liées au travail social au sein de l'ASPMAD ;
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration, l'évolution et la diffusion des bonnes pratiques et des processus métier dans le domaine social ;
  • Participer aux réflexions et projets institutionnels ayant une dimension sociale ou interdisciplinaire ;
  • Assurer le lien avec la faîtière, participer aux échanges et groupes de travail concernés et contribuer à la transmission des informations et orientations au sein de l'ASPMAD ;
  • Représenter l'association à l'externe et à l'interne lors des manifestations ;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec le reste de l'équipe de consultantes afin de favoriser la culture interdisciplinaire.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Bachelor ou Master en Travail Social HES ou équivalent.
  • 2 années de pratique dans le domaine du travail social en milieu communautaire.
  • Connaissances solides en prévention et promotion de la santé et en santé communautaire, du réseau médico\-social ainsi que du système socio\-sanitaire vaudois.
  • Expérience en gestion de projet est un atout.
  • Proactivité, autonomie, esprit de synthèse et d'analyse.
  • Leadership et capacité de négociation.
  • Aisance relationnelle et une excellente communication orale et rédactionnelle.
  • Aisance dans la recherche documentaire et l'utilisation des bases de données scientifiques.
