Als Dualstudent (m/w/d) für Fitnessökonomie, Sportökonomie oder Gesundheitsmanagement als Bachelor of Arts im Aspria Hamburg Alstertal verbinden wir die 3,5-jährige Studienzeit mit einer umfassenden und fundierten Ausbildung in allen relevanten Bereichen unseres breit gefächerten Sport- und Wellnessangebots mit den Präsenzunterrichtsphasen an der Deutschen Hochschule für Prävention und Gesundheitsmanagement (DHfPG) am Standort Hamburg.

Deine Aufgaben als Dual Student (m/w/d)

  • Du wählst Deinen Studienschwerpunkt: Fitnessökonomie, Sportökonomie oder Gesundheitsmanagement / Bachelor of Arts
  • Du bringst Dich aktiv ein, in die relevanten Abteilungen unseres Clubs wie z.B. Fitnessfläche, Kursbereich, Kinderbetreuung, Empfang, Mitglieder Service und Administration
  • Übernahme von Verwaltungs- bzw. Organisationsaufgaben und Erarbeitung von z.B. Sportangeboten sowie Trainingskonzepten
  • Selbstständiges und zukunftsorientiertes Arbeiten inkl. Freiraum für eigene Ideen
  • Motivation, Beratung und persönliche Ansprache unserer Mitglieder und Gäste
  • Durch Deinen abteilungsübergreifenden Einblick hast du fundierte Karrierechancen in unserem wachsenden Unternehmen
  • Du lebst das Konzept von Aspria

Das bringst Du mit

  • Guten bis sehr guten Schulabschluss mit Hochschulzugangsberechtigung
  • Praktika in artverwandten Bereichen vorzugsweise absolviert
  • Idealerweise sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen (insbesondere Word und Excel)
  • Du bringst Teamspirit sowie eine hohe Lernbereitschaft und Motivation mit
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten (auch an Wochenenden & Feiertagen)
  • Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und mit gutem Englisch
