Als Empfangsmitarbeiter / Rezeptionist (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (24 Stunden pro Woche) im ASPRIA Berlin Ku'damm stehst Du unseren Mitgliedern und Gästen bei Fragen rund um unser Serviceangebot mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

  • Du begrüßt, betreust und verabschiedest unsere Hotelgäste und Mitglieder
  • Du lebst und vermittelst das Konzept von ASPRIA
  • Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitglieder und Gäste sowie deren Fragen und Anliegen
  • Beantwortung eingehender Telefon- und Reservierungsanrufe
  • Bearbeitung und Organisation der Ablage und anfallender Korrespondenz

  • Du verfügst über erste Erfahrungen im Empfang, Rezeption oder Front Office
  • Empathie, Loyalität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen Dich als Teamplayer und Gastgeber aus
  • Wir haben 365 Tage im Jahr geöffnet und sind daher auch flexibel in den Arbeitszeiten für Schicht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienst
  • Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Englischkenntnisse
