Deine Aufgaben als Studio Coordinator (m/w/d)

  • Du planst und organisierst unser Kursangebot
  • Du koordinierst unsere Kurstrainer und organisierst Vertretungen
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards sicher
  • Du verantwortest die Abrechnung der Kurstrainer
  • Du pflegst und aktualisierst unseren digitalen Kursplan
  • Du führst selbst Kurse durch

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung im Fitnessbereich und hast eine Fitnesstrainer B-Lizenz
  • Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung und Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
  • Du verfügst über eine strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du trittst positiv, selbstsicher und repräsentativ auf und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
  • Du kannst mit unseren anspruchsvollen Mitgliedern und Gästen nicht nur sicher in Deutsch, sondern auch mit gutem Englisch kommunizieren
  • Wir haben 365 Tage im Jahr geöffnet und sind daher auch flexibel in den Arbeitszeiten für Schicht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienst
