Operations Analyst – USSOCOM J6 PMOSSLocation: MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL | 100% Onsite Active TS/SCI Clearance Required ASRC Federal Technology Solutions (AFTS) is seeking qualified candidates for an Operations Analyst position supporting the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) J6 Program Management Office Support Services (PMOSS) contract. This position provides operational analysis, IT governance, planning, and programmatic support to USSOCOM J65 in support of the Special Operations Forces mission. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide subject matter expertise, operational analysis, and programmatic support to USSOCOM J65.

Support the development, execution, and measurement of governance frameworks and strategic and tactical plans.

Assist the Government in gathering and analyzing requirements to identify, prioritize, and manage resources supporting the USSOCOM mission.

Track assigned programs, projects, taskings, milestones, and action items; identify risks, disruptions, and issues requiring Government attention.

Analyze operational and program data to identify trends, assess progress, and develop recommendations supporting Government decisions.

Prepare and maintain project status reports, briefing materials, performance metrics, and other documentation supporting PMOSS reporting requirements.

Support performance monitoring and quality assessment activities by gathering, validating, and analyzing relevant data.

Coordinate the delivery and installation of new products and services, as required, and support their transition into operational use.

Provide interim progress reviews and status updates to Government stakeholders.

Assist in developing and implementing Government-approved policies, standards, methodologies, standard operating procedures, and operational checklists.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting accuracy, coordination, and mission support.

Provide IT governance, programmatic, and technical assistance while coordinating with Government and contractor personnel.

Maintain effective customer relationships through responsive communication, reliable work products, and timely follow-through.

Ensure frequent, accurate, and two-way communication regarding assigned activities, priorities, risks, and accomplishments.

Accurately track and report labor hours as directed.

Demonstrate cooperation, adaptability, flexibility, and professionalism as mission requirements and priorities evolve.

Perform duties onsite at MacDill AFB, Monday through Friday, in accordance with established Command core hours.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Active DoD Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) access required.

Eight or more years of experience providing project and technical support or working in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

Experience supporting senior-level DoD customers.

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to research and gather information, verify data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.

Ability to prepare clear reports, briefings, status updates, and supporting documentation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, and follow assigned actions through completion.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a Government and contractor team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external organizations.

Ability to meet the position’s onsite requirements and established Command core hours.
